Brisas de Chapala is located a up on the hill a few minutes outside of Chapala. It is situated on an open plateau with sweeping lake and mountain views and constant gentle breezes.

With around a 100 homes, Brisas de Chapala still features empty lots available for future development. Brisas de Chapala is a beautiful place to walk your dog and enjoy the sunshine but there is no commercial development nearby. All services and groceries are 5 minutes away by car in the town of Chapala or 10 minutes away in the village of Ajijic. Due to it's rural nature, you'll often find cattle and other livestock grazing around the homes and on the empty lots.

Brisas de Chapala differs from Chapala Haciendas (across the highway) as Chapala Haciendas has a more forested feel to the neighborhood.

Good video info...seems like home prices are going up. Pushing for $200 +

8 months to go... hope we can find something in our range.
